Polices
Booking and Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot before the session begins.
Sessions are not considered booked until the deposit is received and confirmed.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Clients are allowed one reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice at no additional cost.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session will forfeit the deposit.
In the event of inclement weather for outdoor shoots, rescheduling will be arranged without penalty.
Late Arrivals
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled times.
Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in reduced session time to stay within the original timeframe.
Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may result in cancellation without refund.
Image Delivery
Edited images will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks from the session date.
Rush editing (48-hour delivery) is available for an additional fee.
Images will be delivered via a private online gallery.
Editing and Retouching
All final images are edited in the Eye of Avé signature style.
Retouching requests beyond the standard editing (heavy modifications, background swaps, etc.) may incur additional fees.
Raw/unedited images are not included or available for purchase.
Usage Rights
Clients receive personal-use rights to the final images.
A print release is included for personal printing and sharing purposes.
Images may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written agreement.
Travel
Sessions within South Florida are included in the session fee.
Travel outside the area will incur an additional fee, discussed at booking.
Health and Safety
If you are feeling unwell, please notify me as soon as possible to reschedule.
In case of photographer illness, sessions will be rescheduled or deposits refunded at the client’s discretion.
Agreement
Booking a session with Eye of Avé indicates acceptance of these policies.
